Did the Westcreek color-coded parcel master plan include these apartments for redevelopment? The apartments are located at 2350 Westcreek Lane. Looks like a fairly new complex. Built in the 1990's? Maybe in 20 years they will be replaced with a high-rise? https://theparkatwestcreek.net/ -

Hello all, I'm looking to move closer towards Memorial and have been browsing multifamily complexes. I found this one apartment called Left Bank River Oaks located at 5353 Memorial Drive. Does anyone have any experiences with this property? How are the units? How are the neighbors? What about the build quality? Thanks for the help! -
Hello HAIF, I'm looking to move closer towards Uptown. I found this property that's tucked away into a neighborhood off of Post Oak Blvd. called Post Oak Drive and Post Oak Parkway. With all the older multifamily complexes in the Galleria area, I found one called Post Oak Park Apartments at 1919 Post Oak Park Drive. It seems there are two different phases of Post Oak Park Apartments that are across the street from each other. Does anyone have any feedback regarding these units? How are the neighbors? How is the build quality? Traffic? Thanks for any, and all input!
