Anyone know who originally developed this garden style apartment complex? I wonder the date as well.

Went to the Heights this week and noticed a crane along the North Loop. Had to stop by. The permitting indicates Fuller Parking Garage, but the address seems like it belongs to the Pinehollow Office Park. Loopnet listing for reference. https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/17619825/2525-and-2627-North-Loop-West-Houston-TX/

This could be worthy of a new topic, but regardless I found out what the 2nd midrise will be... There's an ugly, overgrown lot at North Braeswood & Main (east side of Main) that I walk by almost daily on my way to the trails - they've been using it as a staging ground for the re-surfacing on Main, and I noticed there was no longer a for sale sign. "AHC South Main LLC" closed on the property on 5/19/16. I couldn't figure out what exactly that was but a managing director for Allen Harrison Co. (AHC) signed one of the documents. I'm not sure if this will be deleted, but I was able to read the article Urbannizer referenced from March without a subscription (just had to put in my email): I kept reading that as 7 stories, but sounds like it will actually be 11 floors total Edit: Sorry, that's just 1 of 2 midrises. The other will be a 5-story complex on 3 acres in the Heights (per the article)

Hey guys, Wasn't sure where to put this, so please move if it's in the incorrect place. I was browsing recent permits in my zip code and came across what looks like permits for a new apartment complex: Which appears to be on this 3 acre plot for sale: http://www.read-king.com/property/frankway-braeswood-blvd So my questions to you guys are, how can I find out any more information on this project? Does the fact that permits are going through mean that these apartments are being built? Do you guys have any other means to dig up some more information? Do the numbers within "NEW APARTMENTS 1-5-3-R2-A (MASTER OF 5) 100% SPR 2006 IBC" hold any information? Thanks, this is mostly for my curiosity's sake. So far I have found the builder, Allen Harris as well as a small blurb that it will be "284 units of urban mid-rise apartment homes" to break ground in May 2016 http://www.allenharrisonco.com/allen-harrison-2015-summer-update/

The HOA is paying for everything and they are going to put in the basics. However the new owners have a say if they want a different style of carpet less say berber, also the faucets and counter tops. If they want these things they can tell the HOA and the HOA would tell them the difference in the prices compared to what they were intially going to put in (basics). The condo is located in Southwest Houston Gessner and Creekbend.

Does anyone have any knowledge about the apartment complex in Westchase called Residences 2727? I'm looking to move into the area and wanted to know some HAIFers reviews about the multifamily building. Thanks in advance!
