    I believe the 24 floor count includes the 3 floor crown. At least, that is what the rendering reflects, 21 floors and 3 crown.

    Triyar group, the entity that owns the land, has an office in the BB&T tower directly across Norfolk St from the demo work. So they have likely been eyeing this land for a while now... ha ha, get it? Sorry, I'll see myself out now.
