    I recall this project being in development for YEARS. I'm glad its getting off the ground. Good for NYC.

    Well, with the constant stream of empty promises from the fools behind "Grand Texas" and "Earthquest" it's highly unlikely. It's a nice idea to contemplate though.

    Honestly this skyscraper construction is the fault of River Oaks, I mean how are you going to have a street named Mimosa and not expect people to want to slap a building on there. "I just had mimosas on mimosa"

    Actually, HEB sort of never left, Mi Tienda is actually an HEB only it caters to the hispanic population surrounding the area hence the "rebranding" as Mi Tienda.

    I can't stop repeating "the location" in my head, just so out of place but I guess anywhere is better than nowhere.

    This has nothing to do with actual Krispy Kreme locations but rather Krispy Kreme itself. Those of you that have had Krispy Kreme, do the doughnuts get soggy like the ones from Shipley's do after a certain time or is it a common doughnut thing?

    We should call this "The Grass Belt" on the westside. "That creepy tree filled highway thats creepy at night but surprisingly calming during daylight" on the northside.

    Can't they just buy a new Greezed Lightnin', one of my dreams has to come true also.... Why an RV park? Whats the point of that, is there a significant number of fathers following Robin Williams' footsteps in taking his dysfunctional family on an RV trip?

    Ive walked under the Gulf Freeway on my way home from school... you're not being overprotective, it was a nightmare.

    Wow no offense but that base just looks so out of place with the rest of the building. At first I thought it was tasteful but it just looks like the upper facade is covering a hidden black building.

    Fountain place for no building, id rather be greedy and keep all of ours and just steal fountain place.

    I say we throw out Metro completely and establish "Houston Area Rapid Transit" complete with smart, talented, corruption free decision makers, I could see the slogan now.. "The HARTbeat of Houston"

    Haha I've had the same question for awhile! Every time i read the transportation trades I'm scared to post my opinion simply because of how heated those threads can become!
