Discovery West: Mixed-Use Development Downtown By Skanska
One of the restaurants coming to Downtown Houston's 1550 on the Green is Madre Perla. I'm unsure of the restaurant's concept. However, it appears the eatery is tied to Tracy Vaught of H-Town Hospitality Group (Hugo's, Xochi, Caracol, and Urbe.)- 2

Shepherd Dr. And Durham Dr. Reconstruction
I think you're giving him too much credit. I really think the equity thing is pure performance. He's using Denver Harbor, etc., as an excuse to oppose pedestrian improvements on Washington, not because he has a viable plan to make Denver Harbor walkable.- 2

Bridgeland Mass Timber Office Building At 20203 Bridgeland Creek Pkwy.
Construction on one of the first mass-timber office buildings in the Houston area launched Thursday in Cypress, offering a model for the real estate industry to rein in its greenhouse gas emissions. One Bridgeland Green, developed by The Woodlands-based Howard Hughes, will be built using engineered wood for structural components. The 49,000 square-foot, three-story building will open next year near the Grand Parkway in the Bridgeland master-planned community. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/real-estate/article/mass-timber-office-houston-cypress-bridgeland-brea-19448551.php- lake flato architects

The Big Mamou Restaurant At 903 Studewood St.
Gary Mosley recently acquired 903 Studewood St. Earlier this week, a warranty deed for the property was recorded to the county clerk's database. Currently, 903 Studewood St hot dog eatery Good Dog Houston is leasing the space. Prior to Good Dog Houston, The Big Mamou operated there. The owners of Big Mamou also owned the property until recently. I don't know what the sale means for Good Dog Houston. It's possible this could be another investment property for Mosely. Mosely is also behind The Creek Group. The hospitality group's dining portfolio includes Onion Creek, Cedar Creek, Canyon Creek, Cactus Cove, Piggy's, and Queen's BBQ.
