Blue Dogs Posted September 26, 2014 Share Posted September 26, 2014 Recently as last month, people have been asking as to why is Sharron Melton (Ch. 13's weekday morning news anchor) being downgraded to just a "field anchor" ? Melton was removed from the morning anchor desk (Elissa Rivas and sometimes Samica Knight have been doing the weekday morning newscasts with Tom Koch) and now reporting in the field (still doing it as of September 26th today).
