it'd be good to split out the i35 discussion from the i45 discussion. someone might mistake a statement like this about the i35 cap park with the Houston project, which the cap park isn't guaranteed, and it won't be capped through most of downtown.
If Foxtrot Market had its eye on opening at The Mill, that's no longer happening. The grocer announced the closure of all its stores earlier this week.

The building shown in the screenshots is set to become home to Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams' Rice Village location. Previously, Plate + Bottle and Mercantile operated there.

Based on the site plan, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is leasing the unit at 5411 Morningside Dr. The building is across the street from Torchy's Tacos. Previously wine shop Plate + Bottle occupied the space.
