bruno
Looks like this design company did not do its home work about rear building lines on a golf course. check it out.I like this quote from the designer"Mr. Patrick Berrios, P and B Design, stated in his professional opinion, the design is reasonable use of land. The survey used for this property indicated 16-foot setbacks. The view of the golf course was considered in the design of the house; therefore encroachment was limited" http://www.ci.sugar-land.tx.us/city_hall/c...06zba/2a/2a.htm Edited January 31, 2007 by bruno

richfield22
That quote from Patrick Berrios was priceless! Unbelievable! To bad they don't issue variances because you're so called designer doesn't understand the difference between surveys and land planning ordinances. bruno
what happened with the builder Daigle?it seems the survey was wrong,......Check Daigle web page under links http://www.robertdaiglebuilders.com/He has berrios design as "Architect" I guess he is also blind to see that Mr. Berrios is a draftsman. Some ones needs to write Mr. Daigle and ask him if he could supply Mr. Berrios Architect Registration Number. Its time some for some one report this fake Architect to state board thats 2 people he has fool to believe he is a register Architect I wonder how many people he has fool all this time. You can report it here http://www.tbae.state.tx.us/ Edited February 16, 2007 by bruno
