Chris Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 I was riding along Spring Stubner today and was shocked at how much development is taking place between I-45 and Kuykendahl on Spring Stubner. Near Kuykendahl there is an entrance to Northcrest Village Subdivision near Klein Oak HS. Down on the other side by I-45 there is a fairly brand new Subdivision called Forest Ridge with KB Homes. It's a very nice, attractive Community. Down west towards Falvel Rd there are 3 new Shopping Centers going up. They are still building a few new homes in the new section of Forest North by the lake.
