Howard Posted January 13, 2007 Share Posted January 13, 2007 Well I bought my townhome and close on 26 Jan 07. 3bed 3.5bath 2car 1800 sft. for $245,000. That price was unheard of while I was looking. You can still barely get a 2/2 for that. Throw in the community pool right behind my home and I am pretty excited. Next is to open a business on Washington Ave. I asked about ideas in an earlier post but the question is still out there. Trying to stay away from food though...
