DART built the 1.2-mile light-rail extension from the West End to the arena. It cost $79 million.Testing continues on Vegas monorailLAS VEGAS - The Las Vegas Monorail remains out of service, but the company that operates it hopes to have it going again by New Year's Eve.Testing continues after problems with the system began shortly after it opened to the public this summer.
