After all, why would they spend all the money on the landscaping? In addition, putting in the landscaping runs the risk of more community opposition if/when TxDOT wants to move forward with the HOT lanes.I would guess that the HOT lanes from BW8 to Loop 610 could be built sometime in the near future (in the 5 to 10 year time frame).
