Although the proximity to BCM is important, long term I think that the old Saint Lukes complex is worth more being sold at a high price to TCH and/or to UTMDACC when it comes time to heavily renovate it or to demolish those buildings. But, in addition to the inpatient tower and faculty office spaces, I imagine that the Texas Heart Institute would need to be able to move too.
