Looking for a 2/2/2 somewhere inside the loop. Hoping for a property that might appreciate. What are my best options for $170-$200,000? Gated area prefered for safety and 2 years old or so. Thanks for any opinions.

If your looking for appreciation then you will need to look at 3/2/2. Buyers want room for a master, guest, office, kids, etc... Of course a guest/office could be combined but regardless a 3/2 will appreciate quicker then a 2/2.
