Parrothead Posted June 22, 2006 Share Posted June 22, 2006 There are about four subdivisions we are looking at currently, The Woodlands/Northampton area, Cinco Ranch, Deerfield Village, and we have kind of liked Barkers Ridge for a long time. It seems to have a VERY strong HOA and the values have maintained very steady for a long time. Wondering if there is anyone out there that lives there or knows about it? I've never heard anything negative about it. I wish I could be more help, but I did want you to know that it seems like a very nice place to live.
