Ashikaga Posted June 8, 2006 Share Posted June 8, 2006 Are any of you familar with that class-action lawsuit that has been filed against the Veteran's Administration for losing military records of service personnel from the late 1970s/early 1980s? I sent an e-mail message yesterday to the VA and I'm awaiting a response. The lawsuit says that anyone who was in the military during that time period whose records were lost/stolen can each receive $1000. I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy on May 19, 1980, which was the time period that the records were lost/stolen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
