REALaw Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 I saw workers from Allen House Apartments erecting a chain link fence around the slab. Seeing as how Allen House owns the adjacent property, Windsor Communities (Allen House's parent company) may have something in the works.
