texan Posted February 1 Share Posted February 1 Potential redevelopment of the northeast corner of I-45 and FM 517 in Dickinson into a truly mixed use district. This would consist of the now-condemned Creekside Apartments and a strip center whose largest tenant (StarFine Furniture) is currently closing.
