hindesky
Architect - https://ayerssaintgross.com The University of Texas at El Paso broke ground in October on a new liberal arts building that will be called the Texas Western Hall. The $100 million project is being funded by the legislature from the University of Texas System. Designed by Ayers Saint Gross, the new building will provide a 21st-century learning environment, equipped with instructional classrooms, computer rooms, collaboration spaces, and offices. At approximately 125,000 gross square feet, the learning complex will include a five-story east wing and a three-story west wing that is connected by a three-story collaboration space. The exterior of the building will reflect the treasured Bhutanese architectural style that is distinct on the UTEP campus, and sustainable landscaping will incorporate native Chihuahuan Desert plants. https://ayerssaintgross.com/practice/news/2023/10/utep-breaks-ground-on-new-liberal-arts-building/ https://kfoxtv.com/news/local/utep-breaks-ground-on-new-learning-center
