Rockefeller Group hired Philip Croker as senior managing director and head of the company’s new Southwest region, which includes Texas and Arizona, the company said. The new region marks the company’s first entrance into the Texas market. Croker will be based in Houston and is responsible for real estate acquisitions, new developments and operations in Texas and Arizona." Fun Fact: He's been a HAIFer, at least in the past! He was super helpful with some info I and others had asked about 811 Main and a few other projects before and during the time of their construction. Wish him nothing but the best for this position.
