The hope is to start construction on a new road connecting the western end of League City Parkway and the eastern end of Friendswood Lakes Boulevard later this year or early 2024 and finish next summer. Later, the developer plans to extend West Boulevard southward to eventually connect with the future Grand Parkway section there. Homesite construction will begin after the completion of the League City Parkway section and detention. The community will have a total of around 100 acres of lakes, some of which will be connected for boating.
