You can once again get to HAIF by typing in thehaif.com. This is a feature that was not available for about a year, but is back. I know I use it a bunch. You can request your PII. Click on your name, then Security and Privacy, then Request Data. Because they can be hard on the server, these requests have to be handled manually, so please be patient if you use this feature. You can now request that your account be deleted. In the past when people have requested this, we've just made the account dormant. But things have changed in the last 20 years, so it's far more likely that these requests will be honored. Again, it's a manual process, so please be patient. Many tiny bugs have been ensquasherated.
