Office Building At 4203 Yoakum Blvd.

I was walking over to my professor's office which is across montrose from where i stay and noticed that an old shotgun style apartment complex was torn down and cleared.

To be more specific to it's location it's behind the "clock tower" by philip ewald (sp)

any information would be insightful

There will be another office tower to match the existing on Montrose@Colquit with a parking garage inbetween them.

This will certainly change the density of the area, not that the townhomes did not already lead the way.
