The apartment complex at 509 Nursery Road consists of two four-story buildings with 225 one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 629 to 1,507 square feet. Rent is yet to be determined, but Brady Blair, senior vice president at Flournoy, expects it to range from about $1,300 to $2,750. There will be surface parking as well as some attached garages. Complex amenities will include a resort-style pool, club room, fitness center, dog park and an outdoor kitchen area. The first units will be available for prelease this summer, and Flournoy expects first move-ins in September, Blair said.
