ChannelTwoNews Posted April 18 Share Posted April 18 Parkside Uptown gets Goldman Sachs construction loan - Dallas Business Journal (bizjournals.com) "Parkside Uptown, a new office tower where Bank of America will be the anchor tenant, has received $290 million in financing from Goldman Sachs. The global investment bank provided the construction loan for what is set to be a 500,000-square-foot high-rise, JLL Capital Markets announced April 17.
