As one of the few places in our metro area that understands how to attract tourists and remain successful at it, they deserve some influx of residents. I'm sure some people will find living by the water, even amongst this carnival atmosphere, to be charming. While I don't enjoy going to Kemah Boardwalk, I am glad it's here.
