its unfortunate that most of the development has not occured on main. The Northwest quadrant (north of McGowen and West of Main) has seen the majority of multifamily devlopment and was there most of the TIRZ reimbursements were spent to kick off the TIRZ. On the east side of midtown there is alot of townhome development. The project you saw on Fannin is the Ventana that is rental apartments and was the first project in the southern part of Midtown. I think you should go up san Jac to Gray and take a left and look at Post then drive some of the streets in that area around Brazos.
