Guest danax
Texas and California Canada California is ahead of Canada by 6 million with 37 million as Canada was ahead by 6 million ten years back on largest city and land of people. And as California's population has ballooned, so have their problems. I bet most native Californians would prefer a 1980s population to what they have now. And I'm guessing Canadians couldn't care less about population. As the case several years later will Texas surpass Canada by residents. Will Houston surpass Toronto by residents in several years. I'd say Houston will be the main reason Texas passes Canada.Population comparisons aren't much different than locker room comparisons; what really matters over the long haul is quality over quantity. At some point in the future it will become obvious that massive urban populations are PROBLEMATIC.
THE CHAD IS GREAT
I agree, although it is nice to say how many people live in your city. But when it comes down to it I would rather quality than quantity. Thanks for opening my perspective danax
houstonfella
Definitely quality over quantity. In other words, more people isn't as important as less people and greater quality of life. I like Houston's size. In fact, I liked it a lot when there were only 1.2 million people here. Oh, well, some things we can't control.
