As for Dallas:

Height restrictions in the east end ( left hand side of the pic ), keep buildings in the 50-60 story range because of the flight approach into Love Field, so we would probably not see any supertalls on that side of town, but add 5 more 60 story buildings there, and put the supertalls on the west side of town, and you have Dallas 2060!
