The lot with Yale Automotive and the attached warehouse (5,000 SF) was up for sale earlier this year. NewQuest was the broker and had a listing for it. From the 1125 W Cavalcade thread last month: Houston distillery Fox & Seeker looked into purchasing the lot at 2510 Yale for their operations. There is a LLC for 2510 Yale Realty LTD from Braun Enterprises. It was created last week. The 2510 Yale property is off the market according to a Loopnet listing. Either Braun Enterprises purchased the property for redevelopment or is in negotiations. There isn't an update on the HCAD website. Across the street from the Yale Automotive lot is another Braun Enterprises property at 2522 Yale (thread about that here). More on Braun Enterprises purchasing the parcel on 2510 Yale in the Heights, Houston. From Houston Chronicle last week:2510 Yale Realty Ltd. purchased a two-building industrial complex, totaling 4,800 square feet, on a quarter-acre lot at 2510 Yale from Garrett Goudy.
