I'm reposting this because this post and other content from me are no longer available in the forum. There is a new mixed-use development proposed somewhere off of Washington Ave in Houston. There isn't an address attached to this yet. This was first posted in the thread for the 5100 block of Washington Avenue but will not be located there. Having a separate thread for this will keep all posts about this project in one place. Once the address is known, mods can add it to the thread's title. Having a separate thread for this development makes it easier to find and read updates and buildout photos if and when this is built.
