editor Posted February 9, 2019 Share Posted February 9, 2019 Chicago recently changed the zoning of an industrial portion of its river so it could replace steel mills with Amazon's HQ2 (oops!). Even though Amazon isn't coming, a dozen or so skyscrapers are going to be built along the river, so it wants to change the river's character.
