ChannelTwoNews Posted February 23 Share Posted February 23 Figured I'd updated this since there was no specific thread for 500 Jefferson. John Quinlan purchased this building from WP Carey in 2017. He sought to get a historic designation from the city for it in 2021 due it's design attributes and contributions to the downtown area over the years. The document is worth a read and does have some good period construction photos and schematics.
