mrfootball Posted November 3, 2005 Share Posted November 3, 2005 (edited) When John Montford arrived on the Texas Tech campus in 1996, he set about some incredible plans for the campus that are coming to fruition. The University commissioned a Master Plan that included strict adherence to the Spanish Renaissance-style of architecture that is part of Tech's heritage, massive tree planting and landscaping efforts, and 2% of each new facilities ($1 Billion thus far) to go towards Art & Landscape projects.
