IronTiger Posted August 7, 2018 Share Posted August 7, 2018 Site was a store acting as a bicycle and surf rental shop, former gas station/convenience store (canopy removed 2004 with pumps soon after, appears to have been a 7-Eleven and likely later a Stop-N-Go/Diamond Shamrock). The parking garage also takes out a S/F house. Both properties take the parking lot of The Spot, so I assume that the parking garage is shared.
