Is it our climate, our reputation or both that keeps us from attracting more new businesses?I will admit I have not read the article. But, just by the claim of it, I dont believe it. It just seems Houston is so large and such a good climate for new ideas and new businesses, that we should be way on top of places for entrepreneurs. Maybe the metrics the article use are taylored different. Or maybe they are looking at a "per capita" measurement. But I think in sheer quantity, Houston would beat Austin hands down.
