H-Town Man
Does anyone have experience installing reclaimed longleaf pine tongue and groove? I am about to attempt this and trying to decide between different methods. I know they make special flooring nailers but the guy who sold me my wood mentioned that it's easy to do the blind nailing with just a finish nail gun. Also thinking of just laying the flooring directly over the joists without a subfloor, since that's how the other rooms in this house are. Joists are 16 inches apart. Thanks. MarthaLittle
I would suggest you to talk to an experienced professional. They can guide you well and provide the best solution for your problem. My friend hired Home Quality Remodeling services after checking the services on their official website. You can also check for contractors in your area who will help you out. Edited September 14, 2018 by MarthaLittle
