Houston Retail Posted September 8, 2005 Share Posted September 8, 2005 What happened in New Orleans is tragic. Along with the lives and buildings lost, there is a music culture that has also lost its way. Houston has an obligation to do whatever it can to help keep that soul alive during this difficult time.
