SurgeHomes
It seems like Upper Kirby is a good choice for those who want to have a little more space, but still within close proximity to more urban neighborhoods. The city seems to be friendly and more pedestrian-friendly with green spaces, parks, and lots of walkable shopping and dining. What are your experiences with Upper Kirby? brian0123
If you're going to plug your development at least be a little more subtle about it I love Upper Kirby but live just south in S Braeswood (Knollwood Village) for a true single-family neighborhood still minutes from all the cool stuff. Bigger lots, better prices, bike trail to Med Center and Museums, and it's a better "family" neighborhood since I'm in the loop and can let my kids play outside. I think Upper Kirby should be marketed more for empty-nesters or couples.
