(Otto Mation) Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 lmwyk has added a photo to the pool: Festival of Lights at the Mandir in Stafford, Texas.One day while driving home taking an alternate route, I stumbled upon this marvelous building and was immediately intrigued by all the intricate and ornate details. I remember making a U turn back to that place just to have another look. I thought to myself one day I'd come back to visit. I later found out that there is a Diwali celebration. It was pretty crowded at night. I was walking in the garden area enjoying the view and the dancing colors in the fountains. Although I look different than everyone else, a lady came to up to me to let me know that the Mandir is open and I could go up the stairs to visit. I thanked her and started making my way toward the Mandir. Along the way I was mesmorized by all the beautiful colors of that place that I forgot about visiting the Mandir.
