Heightsite Posted May 25, 2014 Share Posted May 25, 2014 If Broadcasters have an obligation to serve the public’s interests, not just their own commercial interests and the he government provides broadcasters free and exclusive access to a portion of the public airwaves – “spectrum” – for broadcasting, how can they exclude over-the-air homes from streaming live content?
