And did they control for how many home sales occurred in those markets?Also, it appears they're looking at number of people who used their particular online service, not the entire segment of the population who sold their home without a broker. So their results simply may be showing how effective their company's advertising is, and what kind of competition they have.I'd like to see a ranking by percentage of home sales in the various cities that occurred without a broker.
