ssullivan Posted September 20, 2004 Share Posted September 20, 2004 Between the 610 East Loop and US 59 the I-10 East Freeway is undergoing a pavement replacement project. The freeway is not being widened or reconfigured; TxDOT is simply replacing the aging original roadway with a new concrete surface. New high mast lighting has also been installed.
