It talks about California cracking down on predatory tow truck drivers, but some of the stories are familiar to Houston drivers, as well.---------July 31, 2005Tow Trucks Prowl, and Authorities Crack DownBy ANDREW POLLACKLOS ANGELES, July 30 - There is probably no more infuriating sight for drivers than their car attached to a tow truck.
