tomv Posted April 22, 2013 Share Posted April 22, 2013 This is a restaurant/bar in downtown Toronto that has both tunnel access AND a nice outdoor patio. The tunnel system in Toronto is very extensive and similar to ours. Wouldn't it make sense to have something like this in Houston, since the tunnels aren't going away?
