gotgotti
Someone posted this picture and said they took it in houston, tx. I can't seem to find where it is. I found this pic at this legit website http://www.coasttocoastam.com/gen/page1003.html. Feel free to post any other weird pictures of houses from houston. groovehouse
The house is on Montrose between West Gray and Fairview, you can't miss it! It's right next to Texas Art Supply.

YakuzaIce
I am suprised someone would want to demolish it. I wonder what it is like on the inside. Just wondering was this an older house that was remodeled to look like this or was it built like this. The house looks older than 50 years. Astro
Those are old bungalows dating back to the 20s or 30s. The Art League has used them for years as classroom buildings. I took a painting class in there about 10 years ago.
WestGrayGuy
From what I understand, this house was scheduled to be demolished and the Art League got involved to "end it with a bang".I remember before they started this project it was a non descript boring shack that no one noticed. kjb434
So, does anyone know how long the house will stay up?In its current state it looks a lot better than before. At least it has a use in the community as a cool art project.

It seems like alot of work for something to be destroyed. But it looks really cool and hopefully will be able to be used for something else. And yeah does anyone have anymore info on who owns it and when they may demo it.
WesternGulf
I drove by the site yesterday and I did not know it was torn down. Maybe they can design another one like it somewhere else.
