mercurge Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 I may need to use a "bridge loan" for a down payment on a new home until I get the equity from my current home when it sells. I was told by a mortgage company that t hese loans are not allowed in TX. I couldn't find any resources on this. Can someone with better knowledge than me shed some light here?Thanks!
