editor Posted May 20, 2011 Share Posted May 20, 2011 A local developer is building an 800-acre master-planned community in Montgomery County, hoping to capture relocation buyers and others looking for homes near The Woodlands and its shops, restaurants and offices.The project, a mile east of Interstate 45 on Texas 242, will be a gated community called Harper's Preserve.
