Hartmann
Does anyone know what the goal is with the laying of asphalt on Washington? Sure, the road was bumpy, but in the places where they've "finished" this improvement the road is actually worse than before. At intersections the two roads aren't at the same height so you're bouncing all around.

I don't think they would leave it with two different heights but I don't have details on the improvement. Maybe someone can get something from the management district? I hope that this is just the beginning of them putting down concrete and leveling the road.

It should leave idiots with the low riding sport cars to watch where they're driving for once.
