Marty Blaise
Anyone drive the new section of U.S. Highway 90? What's up with that? There are two gaps where there are no main lanes. It's a full freeway most of the way, but when you get closer to BW 8 is where the main lanes disappear. Just curious.

Just curious.@Marty.Blaise, they left out the portion(s) of US 90 at Greens Bayou and at the future Purple Sage extension because they didn't have enough funding for them; moreover, TxDOT hasn't given them the green light to begin construction on them. At the Maxey Road stretch, they're still clearing the area of all the construction equipment for the path so it can be built.
houstonfella
Are there traffic lights? If not, it is probably not a big deal at this time.
